Roles and Responsibilities: -
- Handle incoming client requests professionally and promptly
- Assist in operational tasks & lead generation as and when required assigned by management, including lead generation
- Filtering and matching of candidates for client requests and recommendation
- Feedback and discuss improvements in the marketing and operational systems to management

Relevant skill sets required: -
- Basic knowledge in MS Office Software required
- Min O/A Level
- Pleasant personality and voice, client oriented and relationship focused
- Self Motivated with A passion for high growth start-up is a huge plus point
- Previous sales experience is an advantage but not a must

Compensation: -
Competitive Fixed and Variable Component (Negotiable) + Vested Equity Options (upon conversion into full-time staff)
